If you have a steering wheel and pedals at home and you use a sofa and a deck table to race, you might want to take a look at a PlaySeat. The PlaySeat is a race seat where you can fit your favourite steering wheel and pedals to and feels like you're in a cockpit of a real car! The seat and pedals are both adjustable and you can also adjust the position of your steering wheel. There are many different types of PlaySeats available including Forza and DiRT 3 edition ones and also a Red Bull PlaySeat which costs with an F1 steering wheel, £2,325! There are also many different peripherals for your PlaySeat including a monitor stand, a gear shift holder (G25 and G27 only.) A seat slider and a floormat. PlaySeat also do "flight simulator" which costs £427 which does not include the software. There is also a PlaySeat office chair which cost over £300. In my opinion there is no problems or downfalls with the playseat except whatever PlaySeat you buy, It will be expensive! I would give it an excellent 9/10
